Preseason: Custom Artwork for Letterhead

Beginning in tax year 2017, Thomson Reuters changed the process previously used for custom artwork (also known as HASPs) for letters and filing instructions. You still have the ability to use custom artwork in your letters and filing instructions, but the process is different.

Over the last several years, we have implemented a consistent look and feel to the letters and filing instructions through the letters and filing instructions module. This feature allows for flexibility and advanced efficiency for your firm’s needs.

You no longer have to provide us with your custom artwork requests, including logos for letters and filing instructions, which can take weeks to implement. You have the ability to immediately customize your letter and filing instructions across all entities using the new self-service tool. The letters and filing instructions module is much faster and allows you to enhance your brand by supporting full-color logos and other images for print and inclusion in PDFs, which streamlines the process and saves you valuable time.

The steps provided detail the process of uploading and inserting images into your firm templates for custom headers and footers, as well as other documents:

Customization of Subaccounts will prevent overwrite of Firm Level customization, which will require updates to be made to each applicable Subaccount.
