I have not received my Organizers. Where are they?

Possible reasons are:

Your account file indicates that the Client Information Form for your firm has not been completed by selecting Ready for Preseason. The updated information generates Preseason materials from Thomson Reuters. For more information, click here.
Your RS administrator has not authorized us to begin your Preseason processing. We will not begin your Preseason processing until it receives authorization. For more information on authorization, click here.
Custom forms have not been received by Thomson Reuters or are still in production. We require a six-week lead-time for processing custom Organizers after you submit your forms to us.
